Does not work! Do not buy . Unfortunately I've made the mistake to pay monthly for an annual subscription. My financial situation has changed and CANNOT afford to pay for this anymore, plus I haven't noticed any benefits what so ever since the start ( 6 months ago). I emailed customer service and said they won't cancel my subscription . I cannot delete my card details as nothing is stored online . What a disgusting way to conduct business. I will never recommend this to anyone, first , it doesn't work, second because of the customer service.

I have ulcerative colitis and Ankylosing Spondylitis. The Symprove has definitely helped my Ulcerative Colitis. It is expensive, but for me, worth every penny. Also DPD messed up my order and the customer service from Susie was brilliant, the order was replaced with next day delivery. I would recommend trying this.

Do not waste your money. The reviews on trustpilot are manipulated. I answered the review that was sent to my email by Symprove and they never published it because it was negative. This is why all the verified reviews are positive. Terrible company with terrible customer service that I found out is owned by private equity now. So no surprise that it is being marketed for maximum profit and zero customer care.

My family and I have been taking Symprove for over 4 years now and it has literally transformed our lives. It has over 10000% vitamin c as well, so when I'm feeling ill, I take a dose before bed and wake up feeling normal again. I take the Mango and Passion fruit flavour, upon waking a short shot and at least 20 minutes away from eating. That's it. My father sailed through chemo by taking this as well, as Symprove supports gut health where most infections start from. My pharmacist pal did the research when his wife had IBS and this transformed her as well and allowed her to eat normally again. Since then, I've recommended it to a few friends all who had tried many other treatments and now use this which has helped restore their gut health issues including IBS. I literally pack and take this everywhere I travel because it keeps me well wherever I go and fixes me when I'm sick. I can't recommend this highly enough, the initial 12 weeks might be tough on some guts but persevere if you can. I'm truly thankful for discovering this as I no longer have the multiple chest infections I used to get every year and if I have a dodgy belly, I take a shot of this and I'm sorted by the morning. Magic elixir!

This is my 2nd year and 2nd round of doing Symprove treatment. First time I did 12 weeks was 1 year ago. First weeks were horrible and I actually felt worse than I initially was (more bloated, more discomfort, just plain horrible). After few weeks however the situation improved dramatically and I can say with 100% certainty that Symprove has helped me with my IBS. In fact almost all of my symptoms have vanished and never ever appeared again. I decided to do another round of treatment this year just to cement the results (just in case) and I can say that this time first weeks are much better and more tolerable than 1 year ago. P.S. All of the Gerontologists I saw with my symptoms were not able to help. They said it must be IBS, learn to live with it, adjust your diet etc. So I took matter into my own hands, did some research and decided to give Symprove a go. I'm so glad i did:)

Quite simply, Symprove changed my life. I have Ulcerative Colitis and while the worst bowel symptoms were under control, I had gone on to develop IBS, body pain and brain-fog and generally felt awful most days. I could function, but it was really hard. Now I have my life back and feel like a normal person again. I have bags of energy and go running 2-3 times a week, something I could have never envisaged a year ago. In addition, my hair has stopped falling out and my Rosacea has cleared up. Obviously I can't be 100% sure that it was Symprove, but 10 weeks after taking it, I started to feel better. I can't underestimate the relief and the happiness I felt. There was light at the end of the tunnel. I took the full dose for 24 weeks and then went down to half doses. I haven't taken any since Christmas 2016 and may do another top-up soon. This is the only probiotic that has ever worked for me. It's expensive but actually very cheap in the grand scheme of things. Highly, highly recommend it!!
