Beautiful little place for my daughter's intimate wedding reception. Only drawback was the tiny carpark which meant parking on a narrow residential lane but I think the residents were used to it as there were signs ensuring drives were not blocked. Everywhere was very clean and tidy when we arrived the previous day to decorate and there were hooks in place already so we had no trouble making this picturesque place beautiful (although, stupidly, we didn't take any photos). Outside was lovely too and even though there was a little play area just outside the fence it was very quiet when we were there. The kitchen had everything we needed, again, all very clean and tidy. Plenty of chairs and tables available. The lady we hired it from made contact to say how much she appreciated us leaving it as clean and tidy as we found it which we appreciated very much.

Great little park. it's just a shame the weather was not on our side. But it's still a good place to be today.

Used Sands Room as a venue for birthday party. Fits in bouncy castle with a slide with room to spare; plus stage area. Everything that's needed is on site, kitchen has kettles, dishes and cooker. Wonderful place with a playground right by it.

Lovely venue, very clean and well stocked with a PA system, chairs, tables etc. Nice back garden area and children’s play area beyond that.

Welcoming, great garden area for children to explore. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, crockery & cutlery. A clean, neat and functional venue. Parking a little tight is my only crit, although it's a pretty walking area if you can park a little further away.
